Getting Started as a Financial Advisor

Welcome aboard! We’re excited to have you working with us — a modern investment platform that puts clients and advisors at the center of everything we do. This guide walks you through the first steps to hit the ground running.


✅ 1. Activate Your Advisor Account

After your onboarding is approved, you'll receive a welcome email with login credentials and a link to access the platform.

🔐 Important: Your account is personal and secure. Never share your credentials.

Once logged in, you'll be able to:

  • Review your dashboard and pending tasks

  • Access training materials and product information

  • Submit client applications


📚 2. Explore the Platform

Spend some time familiarizing yourself with our tools:

  • New Applications: Submit investment or savings account applications

  • Client Management: Track your clients and view account status

  • Initiate Transactions: Submit fund switches, withdrawals, top-ups

  • Notifications Center: Monitor platform updates and pending client approvals

💡 Tip: Our platform is fully digital and most transactions are executed in under 24 hours.


🎓 3. Complete Your Training

We strongly suggest that you read the following support items:

🧾 4. Submit Your First Client Application

When you're ready:

  1. Click “New Application” on your dashboard

  2. Choose between:

    • My: Investment Strategy

    • My: Savings Strategy

    • Or a Protected Investment Portfolio (PIP) with capital protection

  3. Enter the client’s details and upload supporting documents

  4. Hit Submit

🚨 All account applications must be approved by both you and the client before activation.

  • Account Services: For any client, KYC/AML guidance, and or platform issues
